Tim Klinger

With over 20 years in both the Electrical and Datacom Industries, Tim Klinger has a vast amount of experience. He has worked in various positions including: Inside Sales, Outside Sales, Electrical Regional Manager, and Data Com Regional Manager.

Since joining I-Pro in 2006, Tim has continually shown his professionalism, commitment, and integrity that make him a perfect fit for I-Pro’s sales and marketing team. He is currently the majority owner of I-Pro, Inc.

Jeremy Waanders

Jeremy Waanders has worked for I-Pro for 22 years. He recently took over the role of Commodity Manager. During his time here, he has recorded outstanding growth with all of his accounts. His friendly and persistent style has made him a favorite sales person with many of the distributors.  Jeremy became a principal of I-Pro in 1998.

T Derek Schouten

For almost two decades, Derek has worked with distributors, end users, engineers, and contractors in the electrical business in CO, WY, and MT. He formerly worked for Eaton Corporation and Dialight, where he assisted in creating growth plans and carrying out sales strategies across various industry categories. Additionally, he worked to advance business plans and product development on the Dialight global product council.

Derek’s experience, entrepreneurism, and vision support our manufacturer activities, strengthen our crucial channel partnerships, and ensure I-Pro Martin’s long-term success.

Brad Staats

Brad Staats came to I-Pro in February 2013 with a history of outside sales experience at all levels. He has taken on the lead role in directing the Utility Division for I-Pro.

Bill Lawhead

Bill Lawhead started at I-Pro in June of 2008. He began his career in electrical distribution in 1985, and has gained experience in a wide range of electrical products. His work ethic and drive to ensure that the customers’ needs are being met has made Bill a natural fit for I-Pro.

Kris Dykman

Kris Dykman joined the I-Pro team in 2007. He began his career as an inside sales representative, and quickly demonstrated the necessary skills and desire to progress within the organization. He has become a product champion and has greatly impacted his manufacturer and customer base through his work here.

JJ Pixler

JJ Pixler, came to I-Pro in June 2017, as our Warehouse Manager.  JJ is now transitioning to one of our inside sales representatives.

JJ’s education is in electrical engineering.  Throughout he has used that education as an electronics technician for a well-known national company. Then as the operations manager for a company that manufactured antennas for Satellite Radio, AM/ FM, and Ham radio. He has been in the electrical industry since 2015.

Jameson Newcombe

Jameson began working at I-Pro in 2020 and is a CSU graduate in Supply Chain Management.  He assists sales efforts in a variety of capacities working with various manufacturers.  Primary focus is inside sales support as well as supporting specific accounts within the territory.

Bettina Gibbs

Bettina joined the organization in September 2022 with the I-Pro Martin merger. Prior to that she held a 5-year Account Management position with ABB Installation Products in Colorado and brings years of experience in sales/sales management with various manufacturing companies across the Western US. With her strong sales background, she will strengthen our sales and further support our manufacturers’ initiatives.

Thomas French

Thomas has 25 years of experience in the electrical business and has a track record of success in sales and sales strategy with various end customers, engineer constructors, and contractors.  He began his career as an electrical apprentice in high school and college, and after receiving his BSEE in 2001 and MBA in 2012, he worked numerous positions with Eaton and Siemens.  Thomas’ experience, technical know-how, and strategic thinking help I-Pro Martin bring engineered solutions and services to its clients and target markets while promoting use of our manufacturer’s goods and services.
